SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

At UltraMound, we offer local delivery and pickup options for our pitching mounds. We deliver within a 50-mile radius of our location, and delivery fees vary depending on your distance from us.

Delivery Fees:

  • Within 10 miles: $25

  • 11-25 miles: $50

  • 26-50 miles: $75

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and our availability. We will contact you to schedule a delivery time that is convenient for you. Please note that delivery dates and times are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or weather.

Pickup: If you prefer to pick up your pitching mound, we offer pickup options at our location. Please contact us to schedule a pickup time, and we will have your order ready for you when you arrive.

Shipping Outside of the 50-Mile Radius: At this time, we do not offer shipping outside of our 50-mile delivery radius. If you are outside of our delivery area, please contact us to discuss your options.

Order Issues: If you have any issues with your order, such as damage during shipping or delivery, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

About Our Policy

We warrant that our pitching mound products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers only naturally occurring damages that may arise during normal use of the product.

This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or any other cause beyond our control. Additionally, this warranty does not cover any damage that results from failure to follow proper installation, maintenance, or use instructions, or from modification of the product in any way.

In the event that any defects arise during the warranty period, we will, at our sole discretion, either repair or replace the product at no cost to you. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
